No fees for job seekers

There is no platform fee to create a candidate profile, apply, receive invitations or reply to hiring messages. Hiring businesses pay for optional platform access. A platform access fee is not deducted from a candidate’s salary.

Hiring responsibilities

Employers and agencies are responsible for the accuracy of their vacancies, appropriate hiring authority and the employment arrangements they offer. Discuss duties, pay, location, work eligibility and contract terms before accepting work. A listing, introduction, interview or booking is not a guarantee of employment.

Service credits and partner rewards

Service credits are non-transferable platform access units. They are not a bank balance or employee wages. Eligible business partner rewards are calculated from the configured share of consumed credit value, excluding tax, and may be adjusted when credits are refunded. Referral terms are recorded when attribution is created. Contact the platform team for order disputes or refund requests.

Respect privacy and professional boundaries

Use candidate information only for legitimate recruitment purposes. Do not resell contact details, send unwanted messages, impersonate another person or bypass profile access controls. Client shortlists require candidate sharing permission and use protected, expiring links.

Temporary staffing and bookings

A shift request requires candidate acceptance before confirmation. The hiring parties must separately agree wages, working conditions, insurance, licensing, permits and any sponsorship requirements. Platform credits cover a service fee; they do not operate payroll.

Profiles and vacancies marked as samples are fictional. Their generated portraits and resumes are provided to illustrate workflows and are not real candidates or job offers. They do not establish customer adoption, placements or payment volume.
